About PUBG

PUBG short for PlayerUnknown’s Battleground is an online multiplayer game shooter game where players can simultaneously connect to a game server. The game is played by teams, solo or duo. Teams have 4 members each before they can start the game. If you do not have a teammate the server will automatically choose members for you.

The game starts with players being dropped via a plane and they have to use a parachute and land properly. Players should make use of the map to locate which is the perfect location to land and acquire good weapons. The players will have to kill enemys on sight using the weapons provided or found in boxes as you play the game.

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG), developed by PUBG Corporation, South Korea, is an immersive online first-person shooter game.

First released on Steam’s early access in March 2017, PUBG sold over 20 million copies by the end of the year. As of July 2020, the PC and console versions sold over 70 million copies, in addition to PUBG MOBILE accumulating over 734 million downloads.

It gained popularity for its Battle Royale type gameplay – 100 players are parachuted into different locations on a large-scaled map paired up in a team of 4, duo, or solo.

The game’s objective is to be the last standing squad; whichever way you play it to win is your choice.

All players begin the game with nothing to fend for themselves. You must scavenge for weapons and healing items from buildings and nearby areas. This is what we call ‘looting,’ and it’s typically the very first thing you do after you land. The loot that you take throughout the match might affect how you play the game.

You only found a pistol with .45 bullets? Then focus on the short-range encounters. Found an Air-drop supply sniper rifle with an 8x scope? Explore the mountains and pick off others at a distance.

Shortly after the game, a large circle is placed randomly on the map; this circle is the new play area for all the players. Once inside the circle, the game will continue as usual; the area outside of the ring is called the blue zone; if you get caught inside the blue zone, your health will slowly drain until there’s none left. To make it a fair gameplay, the game also provides you with vehicles such as off-road 4×4, buggy and motorcycles, etc. The play area will phase and continue to reduce in size; this encourages you to keep moving, making it difficult to stay hidden in one place for too long.
